Filling Product Requests Back

Remember, if you're not registered, you'll need to Register Now in order to sell your products.

  1. 'Name Your Price' Listings Search.

Click on the Sell tab and search the 'Name Your Price' listings in the "What are Buyers Looking For" section to see if there are any products requested by other members that you may want to sell. You can either type the first letter(s) of the product brand name you are interested in and hit the Go button or leave the brand name blank and then hit Go to view all 'Name Your Price' listings. (The first method is quicker.)

  2. ACH Account

Select the bank account into which you would like your funds deposited upon completion of the sale. Although you can list as many accounts as you like on the Payment Options page, you may only choose one deposit destination for each transaction.

  3. Acceptance of equivalent substitutes.

If the buyer has indicated that he will accept different brands with the same chemical composition (Any Manufacturer = "Yes"), then you may offer any equivalent brand. Otherwise, you can only offer products with the same EPA registration number.

  4. Pack size requested.

The buyer will have identified the pack size or sizes that are acceptable to offer. Your offering must match this specification.

  5. Shipping location.

Choose the location from which you are shipping the product. It must be one of the addresses you provided to us on the Shipping Address page of Your Profile.

  6. Cases per pallet.

Indicate the number of cases per pallet.

  7. Pallets for sale (quantity desired/offered).

The quantity desired will be listed in units (pounds, gallons, ounces, etc.) If multiple pallets are requested, you may offer a lower volume than requested.

  8. Total Quantity.

The system calculates the total quantity. Be sure the calculated volume matches your expectations.

  9. Product age.

Product age, including the month and year of production, is listed on the carton, usually near the batch number. For the oldest product in the lot being sold, round the age to the nearest six months and select from the pull-down menu. PLEASE be accurate. Misrepresentation of product age is grounds for returning the product (with all freight costs charged to you), charging you a handling charge and/or disqualifying you from further use of the site in malicious cases.

  10. Net price/unit.

The buyer will have identified a maximum delivered price per unit (pound, gallon, ounce, etc.) that he is willing to pay. If your selling price plus freight is more than the buyer is willing to pay, you will not be awarded the sale. In our current process, the sale is complete as soon as the buyer's price is met, so there is no incentive to bid any lower. If you bid higher, the offer remains open for as long as you specify and the buyer has the option of accepting any or all of these offers before the listing expires.

  11. Review of product offering information.

A screen listing your input will ask you to confirm your product listing information. Additionally, the product's EPA registration number will be displayed. Carefully check all information on this page before submitting your product. Make sure the EPA registration number on your product label exactly matches the one listed on the product listing confirmation page. If your price, including freight, meets the buyer's criterion, you have completed a sale.

  12. Review of product quality data, banking information, regulatory and licensing
requirements as well as XSAg.com User Agreement.

Inspect the product you are selling to ensure its packaging quality, labeling, pallet configuration and age match your description. You should also carefully check the accuracy of the banking information to facilitate funds transfer to your account. Carefully read and understand your responsibilities and agreement to follow all regulations associated with the sale and use of pesticides. These regulations vary from state to state and can be obtained by contacting the state pesticide control officer in your state. If you have any questions about your legal responsibilities, you can contact the appropriate state authorities listed on the AAPCO web site. Finally, you must agree to the terms of XSAg.com's User Agreement to participate on the site.

  13. Product offer confirmation.

You will be given an opportunity to confirm or cancel your offer before submitting it. Remember, you are legally obligated to complete the sale of this item if your offer meets the buyer's criterion and you are the first to make the qualifying offer. An offer against a product request is a binding contract in many states. Failure to honor your product listing may result in your disqualification from the site and/or a $250 service fee.

  14. Verification.

Verify that XSAg.com has accepted your product listing by visiting your Activity Summary.

  15. Notification of completed sale.

When you meet a buyer's offer, you will be notified by E-mail of the following:

  16. The buyer's state. (You must be aware of the buyer's state regulations
because you may need a license to sell pesticides in that state.)
  17. The product name, pack size, EPA registration number, quantity, price, and restricted use status.
  18.

That's all there is to it! When you're done, go to your Activity Summary to review your offers.
